A maternity cover position has opened in our Keswick office for a full-time Sales Negotiator, supporting a busy residential sales department.
The role is varied and will include assisting with the day-to-day running of the residential sales department. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work alone and within a team.
Responsibilities
1. Arranging valuations, viewings, and other appointments.
2. Managing the property details, ensuring information is kept up to date and accurate.
3. Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
4. Obtaining feedback on viewings from clients.
5. Corresponding professionally with clients in person, via email, letter, or phone.
6. Facilitating the sale process by negotiating offers placed by clients.
7. Liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
8. Preparing and processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
9. Assisting clients with enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
11. Supporting the department with general administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Requirements
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships quickly.
2. Local knowledge.
3. An interest in property and the willingness to learn.
4. Good time management and the ability to multitask.
5. Ability to work alongside the rest of the team in a positive manner.
6. Positive working attitude.
7. Full driving licence.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm based in the Keswick office.
