As they continue to expand, they are looking to strengthen their technical support team by bringing on skilled engineers who are eager to apply their technical expertise i The Role – Technical Support Engineer In this role, you will: ✔ Provide first-line technical support (after full training) via phone, email, and remote access. ✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to electronic and security systems. ✔ Work with engineers and clients to provide technical assistance and system solutions. ✔ Stay up to date with new product releases and industry advancements. ✔ Document and track support cases to ensure smooth resolution. ✔ Assist with system installations and configurations when required. Who We're Looking For: ANY background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering – we welcome candidates from medical equipment, vending machines, lifts, cloud-based printers, ATMs, gaming machines, security systems, industrial machinery, and more Strong IT skills – comfortable working with Microsoft Windows, networking, and hardware control panels. A problem-solver with good troubleshooting abilities. Someone with great communication skills and a customer service mindset. Ability to manage multiple support cases and work under pressure. BTEC Level 4, NVQ, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Full UK driving license (for occasional site visits if needed).
