The Role: This position will primarily focus on driving sales in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be tasked with developing and executing a strong sales strategy aimed at maximising new business opportunities across various market segments. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, determined, and have prior experience working in a smaller hotel setting. Familiarity with the local market is preferred, and this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career. Key Responsibilities: Identify and actively manage existing and prospective accounts within the region, striving for overall account growth and achieving new business sales targets. Plan and execute campaigns to generate new business prospects in the region.
