The creative services manager will dynamically manage and facilitate the creative services team to deliver outstanding, quality content and campaigns for George on time and in budget. Driving best in class operational management, work flow and efficiencies across the creative team.
Responsibilities:
* Traffic manage briefs to capacity plan for creative team and freelancers
* Manage and drive the critical path on all creative projects for timely briefing, approvals and delivery/handovers
* Manage team work in progress, shoot schedules, RAG, agency WIPs
* Manage and guide stakeholder expectations at every level against the critical path
* Work with creative head for timely creative response and sign off on ideation
* Key liaison with brand marketing managers to drive timings, briefs, updates etc.
* Manage delivery of paid media with content team
* Work with the creative head to delegate creative tasks to team members and assign briefs to agencies
* Manage and assign production budgets with the content team, production agencies and design agencies
* Directly manage and lead the content team
* Manage production budgets and P&L
Qualifications:
* Experience of working as a creative or campaign manager
* Substantial experience managing a creative department, owning traffic coordination and scheduling at scale for a fast-paced fashion retail brand
* Detailed knowledge of creative agencies, freelance agencies and account management
* Adept at marketing campaign planning and production
* Exceptional organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills
* A stickler for detail, and calm under pressure
* Proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances
* Experience in budget management, P&L
* Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects and Outlook, experience with Workfront preferred
