ToddlerTunez are recruiting an intern with a love for creativity and education, to be a key player in the growth of a cutting-edge London-based startup. The successful candidate will work closely with the company directors. Focus of the role will be supporting the delivery of ToddlerTunez’ Marketing Strategy together with Director Lea Rozencwajg Henry and Account Management for new and existing clients. The successful candidate will have an excellent phone and email manner and will be excited to follow ToddlerTunez clients’ journeys and our creative sitters’ careers. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a career in Sales or Account Management and has interest in Marketing as most of the day-to-day job will involve developing relationships with customers and artist sitters that ToddlerTunez represents. The role is particularly suited to someone who is eager to gain experience in a startup environment, as it will involve working closely with the two co-founders, learning aspects of running a startup. We are looking for a fast learner who can work independently. The role is designed to be flexible following the development of the startup, starting with a part-time arrangement for the first three months, and the possibility of an internship extension, possibly full time. Qualifications: Essential • A passion for the arts, education and ToddlerTunez’ mission • Excellent copywriting skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds and ages with confidence, using tact and diplomacy • Excellent phone manner and written communications skills • Experience cultivating new relationships • A methodical approach and eye for detail • Fast learner capable of working independently and promptly reporting to line managers • Excellent customer service skills.Desirable • Sales or Account management experience • Interest in the Start-Up and Entrepreneurship ecosystem • Good eye for design • Video editing skills • Experience managing social media accounts • Experience using illustrator • Additional language(s) Terms: Job Title: Client Liaison Intern Line Managers: ToddlerTunez’ Directors Start date: As early as possible Contract Type: Intern, three months, part-time.
