Tolbooth and The Albert Halls are the home of live music, the arts and events in Stirling, and they are looking for someone with a passion for live events to join our box office team and help to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers. Experience in administration with experience and knowledge of using computers and office systems Experience of cash handling with demonstrable experience of working with customers and delivering high standards of customer service Ability to work with a wide range of members of the public, client and user groups with an appreciation of the arts and culture 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service) Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements.
