Investment Propositions Manager - Retail Salary National up to £80,000 and London up to £120,000 This is a great role for someone who can enhance existing propositions and drive new proposition development and bring together customer and market insights, along with an understanding of the overall Wealth & Advice strategy and wider investment proposition. This position will sit in the Investment Strategy and Propositions Team within Aviva's Wealth division, with the core purpose of developing the retail investment fund proposition (specifically adviser channel) and supporting the Direct Wealth (direct to consumer) business as required, including leading a team investment proposition professionals. A bit about the job: Lead end-to-end ownership of investment elements of Smooth and Universal Retirement Fund ranges Optimise existing investment solutions to ensure that they align with the strategic aims of the business, meet customer needs and adhere to FCA principles and regulation Identify emerging market opportunities and trends (including regulation) to drive future proposition development. Develop market and competitor insights to inform proposition development Develop customer insights, working with distribution teams and external stakeholders (e.g. advisers) to inform proposition development Lead the team to provide investment fund proposition support to retail distribution teams, including at new business panel pitches, governance meetings etc Skills and experience we're looking for: An experienced investment professional with a strong track record of delivering market leading investment propositions Significant knowledge of retail investment propositions with strong understanding of the UK investment, pensions and savings market landscape Good understanding of investment markets, asset classes, fund types, asset management techniques and styles, including a strong understanding of ESG Good knowledge of current and emerging regulatory items that impact investments and the wider Wealth landscape Gravitas and credibility, dealing with and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels with confidence.
