Job Description:
At Stantec, we are excited about our ongoing growth, having been successful on a number of framework bids across the water industry. In preparation for the biggest AMP ever and in order to continue supporting our clients, we are looking to grow our Civil Engineering teams.
In the North West, we are delighted to have been appointed to United Utilities’ £269 million Design Development Partners Framework for AMP 8.
As part of this exciting new delivery vehicle, we will deliver both outline and detailed design for projects to reduce spills from Combined Sewer Overflows, create improvements in river quality, and bring new storage solutions to support United Utilities’ AMP8 commitments.
We have also been selected on Yorkshire Water’s Storm Overflow Alliance, to deliver their AMP8 capital investment programme. Our teams in Manchester and Warrington will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in Leeds on the innovative projects in Yorkshire.
These partnerships allow us to continue delivering cutting-edge designs to meet the complex challenges facing the water industry. This drives us to innovate and deliver solutions that focus on carbon reduction, sustainability, and community benefit.

You will lead and mentor Engineers in the team, collaborate with project design leads, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also have access to Stantec’s expertise to support your delivery and mentorship of junior engineers.
