The Role: As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the platform, integrating it with third-party tools, and ensuring it supports business objectives. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll drive technical innovation, maintain system stability, and implement best practices in development and security. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Design and implement scalable, high-quality code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Integrate Salesforce with third-party APIs and business-critical applications. Manage data quality, imports, exports, and security within the platform. Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and support continuous system improvements. Collaborate with IT teams to validate requirements and optimise system functionality. Maintain relevant documentation and follow internal software development processes. Provide ongoing system support, resolving technical issues and monitoring platform performance. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior team members where required. Requirements: 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including custom Apex coding, Lightning Components, and complex configurations. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and security standards. Hands-on experience with API integrations and linked business applications. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
