I am currently recruiting for a busy manufacturing site in Sheffield that are looking to expand their team due to growth.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to work closely with the Finance director to take ownership of the Accounts receivable process.
You will be part of a small team within a growing business that works a 9 – 5 in the office with some flexibility on start and finish times to suit you.
The business hosts a range of team building days such as staff wellness days and team days out along with a great benefits package.
General job duties:
* Resolve queries online and by email or telephone.
* Raise credit notes against customer claims.
* Reconcile key customer accounts.
* Allocate payments for key accounts.
* Chase overdue payments by telephone and email.
* Raise Sales Invoices.
* Cash book posting.
Skills and experience:
* 3 years working in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate effectively with people from outside of the business and other departments.
* A keen eye for detail and numbers driven.
* High level of organisation.
* Be able to prioritise work.
