Job Overview
As a Deployment Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the stocks held within the GB network. You will have day-to-day ownership of the stocks held at each Britvic site, ensuring the right stocks are held in our factories to support the best cost-to-serve opportunities while meeting production demands. This is a central role with key links into the warehouse, transport, and customer teams, ensuring we can manage network demand at the lowest cost while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management of stock movements around the network
2. Accurately maintain system data
3. Validate the deployment system and manage exceptions, ensuring stock movements are achieved at the right time and cost
4. Ownership of site/role (defined by the Team Leader)
5. Own the drive site forecast to support holding the correct stocks at each site
6. Management of the site stock holding rules (days cover vs space)
7. Management of the order-sourcing model
8. Support operational constraints through regular communication and stakeholder engagement
9. Cost reduction - proactively manage short-dated stock run-out and reduce stock movements across the network
10. Support the management of operational exceptions, including day-to-day deployment system maintenance
11. Support the development of the deployment process in line with changes to the Britvic network
Requirements
1. MS Excel skills are essential
2. Good analytical skills
3. Experience with demand & supply planning tools (e.g., SAP) is preferred but not essential
4. FMCG industry experience is desirable

Qualifications
5 GCSEs or equivalent
Experience of end to end supply chain processes
12 months + experience in planning systems in a customer-facing role.
