Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £68,000 - £90,000 salary depending on experience

AWE is looking for an Executive and Senior Hire Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a prestigious role that will recruit Executives, Directors and Senior Hires into key roles across the Organisation.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
Act as the Lead Executive and Senior Hire recruiter for AWE
Lead and manage the end to end process for recruitment of Executives, Directors and Senior Hires into AWE
Work with Executives and Directors to scope recruitment requirements and set expectations
Conduct market mapping and insights gathering to support recruitment needs
Agree Sourcing approaches: in house search or in partnership with search agencies
Manage the selection process including arranging psychometric assessments and interviews
Lead the offer negotiation process
Ensure the onboarding and induction experience of new recruits is delivered to the highest standard
Provide market and trend analysis data and insights to the CPO and other key stakeholders
Create and maintain a high presence on Social Media and in the market place; actively promoting key roles in AWE; proactive use of in mails to reach out to potential prospects
Maintain a talent pool of referred and headhunted candidates to support the recruitment and selection into key roles
Act as the in house recruitment expert and manage the end to end process of recruitment into key roles
Act as client when a search agency is appointed to manage any recruitment; ensuring consistency of standards are adhered to; including the initial contracting, procurement and subsequent invoicing
Provide routine reporting on progress of hires, including insights into Inclusion data
Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs to effectively manage recruitment
Maintain strong links with the rest of the Talent Acquisition function to enable smooth recruitment and on boarding
Arrange interviews slots, relevant security passes and escorting for all Executive and Senior Hire recruitment
Liaise with the Reward Team on compensation packages; sharing market insights and candidate feedback
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to operate at a very Senior Level
Self starter and highly organised
Ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
Highly proficient in Microsoft standard packages
Previous experience with using HR Talent Attraction IT systems
Proven track record of recruiting at executive and Director level
