Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08.30-5pm and every other Saturday until 12.00.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care, including sales, retail, account management, or hospitality.
This is a full-time role that requires reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing effective customer care strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
* Managing customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services
