An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Co-Ordinator. This role would suit someone who has existing sales experience and is looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities include:
1. Be able to drive client engagement and build relationships through outbound calling.
2. Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients.
3. Scheduling client appointments for the Business Development Director.
4. Work closely and effectively with the Business Development Director.
5. Qualify new business leads and opportunities.
6. Meet the required set targets and KPI’s.
Skills and attributes:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team whilst effectively managing workload.
* Organisational skills.
* Confident.
* Reliable.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous sales or business development experience is essential.
Construction based background desirable.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
