My client is seeking a Finance Manager (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), to join our fast-growing business on a temporary basis. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support the financial health of the organisation by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial and management accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Daily Operations Oversee and complete processes across finance disciplines for the UK parent and subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Manage and review cashflow, approve payment runs, and oversee bi-weekly/monthly payroll processing. Management Accounts Lead month-end and year-end journals, processing, and intercompany reconciliations. Produce UK and subsidiary management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow) with commentary. Reporting Oversee and review group financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and spending vs budgets, advising on corrective actions. Complete weekly flash reporting with commentary and quarterly VAT returns. Maintain and reconcile invoice financing records. Process & Team Management Identify and implement process/reporting improvements. Manage a team of three direct reports and oversee team KPIs. Compliance & Projects Lead the year-end audit, liaising with external auditors and accountants. Support ongoing projects through analysis and process improvements. Qualifications and Experience Essential : ACA/CIMA/ACCA or strong QBE with SME experience. Audit experience (preferable). Minimum of 2-3 years in a finance/accounting role. Proven line management experience. Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferable). Hands-on, adaptable approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
