Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.00pm
Main duties of the job
You will work with people with social disabilities to help them perform everyday activities. You will spend time with individuals to find out what they do in their day-to-day life and help them find ways to overcome challenges.

Job responsibilities
* Input in therapeutic relationships with clients.
* Offer a range of low-intensity, cognitive behavioural therapy-based interventions.
* Great organizational skills to help prioritize workload.
* Mentorship of staff and offer support to the team while demonstrating commitment.
Person Specification
Experience
* Interpersonal skills.
* In addition to experience, all qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
Qualifications
* HCPC registration.
