Job Overview
Applications are invited from experienced developers to work within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Luton ICT Shared Services. HBLICT provides IT support to the NHS organisations which make up Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB, and also Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes ICB.
The post of Senior Digital Solutions Developer lies within the Digital Development & Automation team who are responsible for supporting the ITSM system (ServiceNow). You will also have responsibility for automating manual processes through the use of Robotic Automation Tools as we seek to eradicate the multitude of manual processes in use throughout the Partnership.
The post holder may also be required to travel to sites across the Partnership.
Main Duties of the Job
The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to support the development of services and solutions within HBLICT.
You will have support, development, and administrative responsibilities for the ITSM system (ServiceNow) which is used across the partnership. You will also be responsible for the development of websites, robotic automation, and mobile applications used within HBL ICT and its Partners.
You will form a vital part of the Digital Development and Automation Team which is responsible for ensuring the delivery of database management and associated services is maintained and available to customers across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, and Norfolk as part of HBLICT shared services.
You will provide third-line application and technical support within the Digital Development and Automation team, working with third party vendors/support agencies to progress and resolve issues which cannot be rectified locally.

Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Advanced professional IM&T qualification or relevant degree together with relevant extensive practical IT knowledge/experience.
* Experience and knowledge to expert level in the use of ServiceNow.
* Experience in the development of Robotic Automation Processes.
* Strong knowledge of Web Development or deployment tools.
* Experience of Mobile Application Development.
* Understanding of the public sector.
* Experience in a Healthcare environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint.
