SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH needs to support children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with students to manage behaviour, develop social and emotional skills, and support their learning journey.

Application Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for working with children with additional needs.
• Available for a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored lessons.
• Build positive relationships with students and their families.
• Help students regulate their emotions and engage in the curriculum.
