OTE: £46,000 - £56,000 within first year
Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Account Managers. My client is a rapidly expanding equipment hire specialist that services the construction, FM, and events industries. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up company that is on track to become an industry leader.
Working from our newly fitted out offices in Gunwharf, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure maximum profitability for the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple customer accounts
2. Outbound sales calls
3. Attend industry-related events
4. Take orders via telephone and email and identify customer needs
5. Provide advice to the customer as appropriate
6. Record information accurately using bespoke in-house systems while highlighting the unique requirements of each job and maintain customer CRM records
7. Work on several jobs at any one time
8. Negotiate prices with suppliers & customers
9. Develop strong relationships and rapport with customers to ensure exceptional service
What do I need?
1. Experience in providing a high standard of customer service
2. Any form of sales experience, including B2B sales, B2C sales, recruitment consultants, etc.
3. Experience in managing accounts would be beneficial
4. Ability to identify new opportunities to sell products/services
5. Ability to work well in a team
6. Good negotiation skills
