The Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team on a nights-only basis. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, and supporting a team of care staff to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities • Provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents. • Administer medications safely and accurately, following regulatory guidelines. • Complete and maintain care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. • Monitor and assess residents’ health, responding to changes in condition promptly. • Support and mentor care staff during night shifts, fostering a positive working environment. • Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff. What We’re Looking For • A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. • Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is preferred but not essential. • Strong clinical and communication skills. • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during night shifts.
