This is a 50% Hybrid role with travel to England each month to drive the HR projects across the various sites. Are you the kind of person our client is looking for? Strong project management experience, with a track record of leading HR initiatives from start to finish Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in holding leaders accountable for delivering change Solid experience in organisational development, employee engagement, and change management Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred) A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving and innovation What can you expect from the day-to-day?
