We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Admin Support role with a well-established building supplies company located just outside Gloucester GL10. The role will involve order processing, taking calls, and handling orders for both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Manage inbound calls, taking orders and answering queries.
Provide excellent customer service to both B2B and direct customers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Salary & Benefits:
£14.95 per hour for the first 12 weeks as a temporary employee.
£29,000 per annum once permanently employed by the client.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
