About The Role
The Highlands is a spacious 14 bedded residential care home in Tyne & Wear supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and complex care needs. We provide a high level of support to enable them to achieve their personal goals, reach their full potential and live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. The individuals we support at The Highlands love to partake in arts and crafts and have recently entered our Salutem in Bloom competition and received an amazing Special CEO Commendation! They love planning and hosting parties and never miss the opportunity to celebrate any event! They’re huge lovers of Christmas and eagerly anticipate putting up decorations each year. They love all things music and love karaoke!
