This role is crucial for streamlining sales processes, ensuring timely follow-up on customer interactions, and maintaining accurate sales data. The Sales Administrator facilitates quotations, manages CRM data, updates pricing, coordinates product samples, and provides customers with promotional materials. Additionally, they act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries when Territory Managers are unavailable and collaborate with Customer Care to resolve order-related issues. This position also supports monthly reporting efforts through accurate data collection and assists with product costings to enable competitive pricing. Main Responsibilities Support Territory Managers with day to day tasks, including but not limited to; Quotations Updating of customer price lists Maintenance of CRM contacts and details Sample requests Documentation and promotional material provision to customers Opportunity pipeline updates Run product costings when required to enable generation of prices for quotations Be a first port of call for customer enquiries if the Territory Manager is travelling or in customer meetings Liaise with Customer Care on customer order issues Assistance with data collection for monthly reporting Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities as required to support the sales team and business objectives. Essential Desirable Knowledge Good administrative skills – numerate, literateWorked in a commercial organisation so reasonable understanding of a sales processWorking knowledge of excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of importance of gathering customer insights to anticipate their needs and pick up on leads.
