Salary: up to £52,000 (plus London weighting) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Location: Office base is London Broadcasting House (this is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office with home working)

The BBC's Youth Audiences team is on the hunt for a Content Producer to spearhead projects in AI, gaming, and social media.

Main Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Innovate and create: Develop and deliver mind-blowing transmedia and interactive digital content, from immersive gaming experiences to cutting-edge generative AI and live video.
• Work with major platforms: Partner with emerging platforms to craft thrilling, innovative experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Lead in gaming: Take charge of projects on top gaming platforms like Roblox and Fortnite, building on our successes with BBC Wonder Chase and Wrecked.
• Innovate in social: Execute bold, creative social media projects such as BBC Creator Lab with TikTok, a world leading social media talent search.
What We're Looking For:
• Gaming and AI: Experience and passion in AI and gaming, with a deep understanding of platforms like Roblox and Fortnite.
• An ideas machine: We want someone who will spot the platform we should be on with the execution we'd never thought of.
• Social Media Star: Proven track record of executing successful, buzz-worthy social media campaigns.
• New technology enthusiast: Someone adaptable who embraces new platforms and technologies to further storytelling.

Are you the right person?
• Experience in working on social/digital platforms for entertainment content.
• Expertise in creatively using new technologies - such as AR filters, gaming, artificial intelligence - to scale audiences
• Experience working with social media creators, including briefing and content creation.
• Experience working on projects that have competing deadlines and different stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Competent Photoshop and design skills. Video editing desirable.
• You must be a data-led person, who enjoys using analytics tools to inform decisions.
