Reception Manager Job Description
Our client, a 4* hotel and country club, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Manager to lead their team of 5 and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operation and coordination of front of house operations, ensuring a smooth shift every time.
* Set up FO procedures to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and in-house facilities.
* Analyze guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them.
* Communicate with management regarding employee and customer service issues.
* Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of managing a small Reception & Nights team at Reception or Front Office Manager level.
* Must be from a 4* hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team, and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Knowledge of Opera will be an advantage.
