The Opportunity: As a Retail Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in maximising business profitability by optimising sales opportunities while managing costs. This role involves supporting daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and setting a positive example for the team. You will also deputise for the Store Manager/Assistant Manager as required. Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Assist in achieving sales budgets and take action to improve sales as needed. Identify and propose opportunities for sales development. Ensure staff are aware of sales targets and motivated to maximise sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards and window presentation to maximise sales potential. Maintain cost awareness in line with sales. Show great customer awareness and continually improve service levels. Develop and maintain product knowledge and support the training and development of staff Ensure optimum stock levels on the sales floor through prompt delivery management and regular replenishment. Take action to improve personal job performance and seek feedback. Ensure all branch administration is completed according to company procedures.
