Job: Regional Retail Manager
Salary: £34,000

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Retail Manager with WBAC, you will optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
You will:
* Manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers across the region to drive performance
* Participate in daily conference calls
* Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s with Buyer Development Leaders
* Do daily branch visits across the region
* Maintain good working relationships with key contacts and clients
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role
* Excellent at driving high performance through teams
* People management experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Highly organised and able to multi-task
* Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen
