Overview:
Contract: Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days/week (Tuesday & Thursday) in our Apsley, Hemel Hempstead Office
Hours: 35 hours
Reports to: Transactional Sales Manager
Are you an experienced driven, goal-oriented sales professional? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and expanding new business team. This is your chance to prospect, develop, and close new opportunities while contributing to a thriving company culture.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
* Reach out to potential clients daily through calls, emails, and social media to establish strong connections.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers with tailored, impactful messaging.
* Administration is key to this role as you'll be dealing with managing the entire sales cycle.
* Keep precise records in Microsoft Dynamics & Salesloft, all while fostering teamwork across departments.
* Build lasting relationships, expand your network, and drive success.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
* Experience of business development success and a track record of delivering sales targets.
* Excellent administrative, communication and presentation abilities.
* Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and sales tools.
* A determined mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
