Executive Assistant ? ADS represent 1400 organisations in the UK, the people in charge of managing all this are our fantastic membership team. They need a little extra help, so we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us in Farnborough to provide support to make sure that we are able to provide best in class service. Reporting to the ADS Membership Director, the Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the ADS Membership Team. ? ? You will: ? Support the activities of the Membership Director and Membership Team. Diary management make and amend appointments, arrange meeting rooms, tracks responses and organise refreshments if required. Serve as the primary point of contact for member queries, via email, phone, web and socials. Be responsible for supporting the Membership Administrator coordinating the membership Committee and the application process when required. Monitor, maintain and update the CRM to capture key member engagements and notable actions. Attend events as needed, to support the membership team and members. ? This full-time role is based in Farnborough; however, occasional travel may be required. ? ? What do you need to be successful? ? Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Highly motivated and can work on their own initiative. Ability to work effectively in a demanding role and experience of working under pressure, often with tight deadlines. Good communication skills, demonstrates professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels. A strong team player with a can do attitude. Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, taking responsibility for own workload High level of attention to detail Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook etc. Willingness to develop and enhance knowledge and skills ? Although this is primarily a Monday Friday 37.5 hour a week role, you may need to be available for events on evenings and weekends.? ? Whats next? ?
