Why this job matters This role involves providing ongoing customer support and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will manage relationships with about 80 customers from a desk-based environment, with a revenue target of several million pounds. Customer satisfaction is a key focus, whether working individually with clients or as part of a team. What you'll be doing - Meet revenue targets, either independently or as part of a virtual sales team, for both private and public sector customers. - Key duties include outbound sales prospecting, regularly calling customers, and promoting BT products and services. - You will collaborate with field sales and specialist teams to drive opportunities for core BT products, while accurately forecasting business KPIs. - The role also involves managing churn risk, identifying new customer opportunities, and driving business growth through a multi-channel approach. -You will close your own contracts and work with specialists, such as the Field Account Management and Contract Management teams, to meet customer needs. - As the main desk-based contact, you will develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
