This is an exciting opportunity to join the MHA Central Befriending Team. The Central Befriending Team is responsible for delivering a high quality remote befriending service to older people nationally.
The role is Home Based with a requirement to visit our Derby Central office once per month. There can be some flexibility around working location and pattern for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for supporting older people and volunteers through the befriending journey, including responding to enquiries through phone and e-mail, so strong communication skills are essential.
