Job Summary: The ExperiencedServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and implementingServiceNow solutions within a greenfield setup with a focus onAgile DevSecOps and SRE principles. This role involves leading thearchitecture development and configuration of ServiceNow modules tomeet business requirements streamline processes and enhance servicemanagement capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNowsolutions aligned with Agile DevSecOps and SREprinciples.
• Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow designspecifications.
• Develop and maintain theServiceNow architecture ensuring scalability reliability andsecurity.
• Configure and customize ServiceNowmodules workflows and integrations to meet businessneeds.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems andtools.
• Drive the adoption of best practicesand standards for ServiceNow development andconfiguration.
• Conduct system testing andquality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and stabilityof ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to development teams fostering theirprofessional growth.
• Stay updated with thelatest ServiceNow features releases and industry trends to drivecontinuous improvement.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to define and implement ServiceNow governanceprocesses and policies.
• Participate in theevaluation and selection of ServiceNow plugins and thirdpartyintegrations.
• Provide support andtroubleshooting assistance for ServiceNowrelated issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate ServiceNowsolution updates enhancements and roadmap.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree incomputer science information technology or a relatedfield.
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNowArchitect within a greenfield setup preferably in an AgileDevSecOps and SRE environment.
• Strongunderstanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles andpractices.
• Indepth knowledge of ServiceNowplatform capabilities modules and configurations.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNowsolutions for incident management change management problemmanagement and other ITSM processes.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOpsprinciples.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScriptHTML CSS and other web technologies.
•Experience with ServiceNow integrations APIs and webservices.
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
• Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities.
•Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctionalteams.
ServiceNow certifications such as CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer(CAD) are highly preferred.
