* UK NMC Registered Midwife
* Educated to degree level or higher

* Evidence of CPD
Knowledge and skills

* Post registration midwifery experience
* Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
* Safeguarding Children L1-3 Training

* Experience of acting as a practice assessor/supervisor
* Awareness of change management theory
* Awareness of systems of clinical governance
