Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate new leads.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare quotations & proposals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production & design) to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular account reviews and provide detailed sales reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & Quoting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education sector or outdoor play would be welcome but not a necessity.
