Responsibilities:
1. Build a thorough knowledge of the products & services the business offers enabling you to talk confidently about them
2. Create, implement, execute & maintain a marketing strategy & plan
3. Use effective marketing techniques to enhance customer & client relationships along with attracting new clients
4. Assist in maintaining & developing existing & new customer streams through planned, individual account support by working closely with the Customer Service & Sales Teams
5. Support teams to promote & cross/up sell associated products & ancillaries to customers
6. Implement & proactively manage a CRM system database including efficient data segmentation
7. Promote the Company’s brands both online & offline
8. Manage the B2B event strategy, including identifying appropriate sponsorship & exhibition opportunities, as well as creating & facilitating our own events
9. Develop & maintain a social media presence, creating regular engaging social media posts through the Company’s social media channels
10. Provide creative copy for mailers, website, content & promotional materials & manage outsourced providers
11. Create exciting & engaging photo & video content & promotional materials
12. Create content to merchandise products (photo, video & literature) which includes mail shot campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR & design
13. Carry out regular SEO reviews to ensure maximum optimisation
14. Liaise with external stakeholders including marketing partnerships, fostering excellent customer relationships
15. Order & replenish promotional & marketing support materials
16. Support the facilitation of Company promotional events
17. Provide reports on the success of campaigns
18. Research market trends & pricing strategies to assist with the development of marketing plans
19. Report any issues that affect performance to your line manager
20. Meet daily & weekly targets & report progress daily to your line manager
21. Carry out work with a focus on high quality output.
