We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a bespoke housing company in Gower, South Wales. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of high-end, custom-built residential projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of each home to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing Leading a team of subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards Communicating with clients, architects, and suppliers to meet project specifications Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues or delays Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry, preferably with bespoke housing projects Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A background in construction or civil engineering (degree or relevant qualifications preferred) Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software Full driving license This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of premium homes in one of the most beautiful areas of South Wales, working with a dedicated and passionate team
