You will take a lead role, providing leadership direction for the Learner Experience of all learners regardless of programme of study, ensuring that all learners benefit from a high quality, relevant, impactful learner experience that equips them in reaching their full potential, progression and life goals supporting them to make a positive contribution to the local area and society.
About you
You will be an inspiring, ambitious, enthusiastic individual to join our experienced College Leadership and Management team. Working for the Assistant Principal, Learner Experience and Support, this new post will take the lead role in providing leadership direction for the Learner Experience including the Personal Development Programme, Learner Voice and Enrichment, Work Related Experience, CEIAG and Learning Resources.
Applicants should have the skills, experience and passion to take the lead role in developing, embedding and overseeing learner engagement and progression at Colchester Institute.
