We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our clients’ fast-paced and busy team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients’ business and ensuring the smooth processing of orders, invoices and customer inquiries. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
1. Accurate Invoices
2. Customer and supplier communications
3. Providing customer service support via email and phone
4. Providing your colleagues with daily administrative tasks support
Office Administrator’s Skills and Experience required:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
2. Familiarity working with CRM systems
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
