EXPERIENCED REGISTERED MANAGER - CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ASSESSMENT HOME
We are opening a new children's assessment home and have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us.
Experience we are looking for:
* You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
* You hold QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
* You must have experience of working alongside clinical professionals and education teams, including Speech and Language, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and within the integrated care model.
* You will have experience of multidisciplinary meetings.
* Be experienced with emergency placements.
* You're passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures.
The Role:
* As a Registered Manager you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you. Your role will include:
* Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them.
* Achieving compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
* Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success.
