WARD has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to join our business development team, specialising in commercial waste. We are looking for someone who can identify new sales opportunities, win new business, and promote WARDs services, whilst building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a keen individual to identify opportunities, visit customer sites and build relationships in the East Midlands.
* Identify and engage with potential new customers
* Driving revenue growth
* Promote the wider business, offering a total waste solution
* Build good working relationships
* Ability to understand the customers needs, and offer solutions
* Managing the onboarding of new clients whilst providing excellent customer service
Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Experience within a similar role
* Good negotiation skills
* Must be self-motivated
* Excellent relationship building skills
* A full UK Driving License
