Class People, are thrilled to be supporting a local educational establishment in the recruitment for a School IT Manager on a full-time permanent basis working all year round What are the roles and responsibilities for a School IT Manager? To identify, manage and support in the development of new ICT systems, networks, equipment and applications for the school. To provide technical and strategic support, in the maintenance and development of the school's ICT Infrastructure. To provide and maintain PC hardware, networking fundamentals, Active Directory, warranty arrangements. To perform routine maintenance tasks on the school’s ICT equipment to include computers, printers and other peripherals including annual PAT testing of ICT equipment. · What Class People are looking for in a School IT Manager? Considerable technical skills and experience in offering support on a range of IT matters. Experience in IT Support within the education sector. An experienced IT Manager with the ability to lead and complete IT support independently. Someone who is passionate and patient in supporting a range of users from students to staff. This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and pre-employment checks. This opportunity is paying up to £39,500 per year on a full-time all year round basis.
