What You’ll Do As the Academic Support Officer, you’ll: Be at the heart of academic operations, providing reliable and efficient administrative support. Manage vital student records, including attendance and absence, and assist with the development and implementation of assessment/examination schedules plus the invigilation process. Coordinate academic timetables and ensure smooth delivery of assessments and exams. Work closely with staff, students, and stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative environment. Provide accurate management information that drives informed decisions. Whether it’s organising programme meetings, helping students navigate their journey, or supporting the academic team with quality assurance, your work will make a real impact every day.
