We are seeking a Paid Social Executive to join TFG supporting across four of our brands - Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. This position will play a key role in Performance Marketing team in delivering paid social media activity and driving profitable growth across all TFG brands and territories. Working within a team of specialists you will support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in delivering paid social media strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention. As Paid Social Executive you will conduct analysis to optimise campaigns including the management of bids and budgets working closely with the feed provider to ensure on-going optimisation with the aim of improving business KPIs including CPA, CR, £ per buyer profitability. This role is highly collaborative and you will work closely with the insight team in addition to CRM as well as UX and trading to optimise landing pages and customer journey. Key Accountabilities and KPIs include: Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to deliver a 3-year paid social media strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention growth in line with company KPIs and overall business and marketing goals Take ownership for paid social media across all territories for all TFG brands Conduct daily analysis and optimisation of all campaigns across all TFG brands including the management of bids and budgets, taking advantage of bidding strategies where possible Identify opportunities to create and expand new campaigns Work closely with the feed provider to ensure on-going optimisation of feeds for all third-party partners Implement test and learn plans for optimising performance and improving business KPIs (CPA, CR, £ per buyer, profitability) Work closely with the insights team to build weekly, monthly and periodical reporting to measure performance against business KPIs Work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to manage budgets and build forecasts To be successful in the role of Paid Social Executive you will have the following skills and experience: Paid social media specialist with experience managing paid social media for ecommerce retail businesses with a global footprint Extensive experience working with paid social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram Previous hands-on experience of setting up and managing campaigns with the ability to identify issues and deploy changes accordingly Track record of managing budgets effectively Fearless with the ability to generate ideas that can be tested rapidly to challenge current ways of working Hands on experience of analytics packages, preferably Google Analytics Highly analytical with a passion for data and analytics Excellent ability to build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships TFG London is a fast growing retail group.
