My client in the Dewsbury area of West Yorkshire require an experienced Paint Sprayer.
As Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wood products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces before applying finishes
Inspect products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
Apply paint and lacquer using spray guns
Ensure an even and smooth application of finishes
Adjust spray equipment to achieve the desired finish and coating thickness
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify and correct any imperfections or inconsistencies in the finish
Reapply or touch up finishes as necessary
Undertake equipment inspection, maintenance and cleaning in accordance with instructions
Work to company policies and procedures at all times
Comply with quality standards always
Always carry out tasks in line with health and safety requirements
Carry out general housekeeping to ensure your workstation is clean, tidy and free from hazards
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
