The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Hospitality Professional to be the Deputy Castle Manager. The role is immersed between our two Loch Ness sites: Aldourie Castle and the Dores Inn. You will lead the operational delivery including the Front and Back of House functions whilst partnering with the Head Chef, to lead our hospitality team to consistently deliver an outstanding experience to our excusive use guests at every touch point of their journey. Key Responsibilities Lead the Operations Team and be an exemplary WildLand leader. Develop your team to be outstanding hosts as well as WildLand Leaders. Partnering with the Head Chef, own the day to day operational delivery of the guest experience, including the Food & Beverage and Front of House requirements as well as Back of House. Develop the operating standards, partnering with colleagues across WildLand to ensure brand alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in our supply chain and cost management. This includes partnering with the Beverage Leader and Culinary Manager. Train your team to be aligned to our high quality and family friendly experience we offer as we invite guests into our homes. Lead the delivery of the sustainable business targets including pricing, revenue, costs, profits etc. as well as other key strategic deliverables. Partner with the Castle Leadership Team in driving Sales Activity and Sales Calendar including Sales Agents and Sales Initiatives for Aldourie and partner with other Cluster Leaders Drive the continuous improvement of the Guest Experiences including new concepts and ideas aligned with WildLand and in particular our Inclusive Conservation ethos. Own the management systems and processes within your function which support a sustainable business, in particular the Health, Safety and Environment requirements. Support and participate in our Inclusive Conservation and Cultural Restoration Strategies supporting the engagement with local residents as advisors and active members of the WildLand community. Essential experience Primarily we are looking for individuals who share our purpose, passion and values. To be successful in this role you will need an engaging personality, positivity and resilience and great people and organisational skills. You must have Leadership: A proven track record as a respected F&B / Front Of House team leader. Quality Restaurant and Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a high quality restaurant / hotel or estate, as a Front of House Team Leader or Manager or demonstrate you ready for this step.
