We are looking to appoint a Subject Lead for Business who will provide professional leadership and management, ensuring the department delivers high-quality teaching, effectively using the resources available and raising standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. They will be specifically responsible for the strategic direction of Business including the planning, development, and implementation of its departmental priorities.
Starting in September 2025, the role is up to full time and will be paid on TEAL’s qualified teacher pay scale (points 1 to 9) plus a TLR 2A. If you are interested in working on a part-time basis, please get in touch as we would be happy to explore this further with you.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Teaching and Learning and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective teaching and learning, monitoring/ assessment and evaluation.
