Therefore, as part of the customer service team, you have to understand and interpret customer requirements to design and produce accurate quotations to customers on behalf of SP Energy Networks.
What you’ll be doing
As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of connection projects to deliver outputs in-line with performance management goals
* Spend time fully understanding customer needs in order to design, quote and deliver to the highest SPD standard
* Liaise and communicate with external and internal colleagues
* Preparing authorisation paperwork and issuing quotations as required
What you’ll bring
* Individuals with excellent customer service skills are essential to this role
* The ability to explain projects clearly and in detail to customers and individuals at all levels
* Self-motivated to deal with any challenges faced, ensuring objectives are delivered timeously without compromising on safety, quality or customer service
* Attention to detail is necessary in order to recognise and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring designs comply with Company and statutory regulations and the job is designed at the highest level of quality and standard
* Skilled in maintaining excellent relationships with customers, ensuring every part of the journey from quote to completion is handled expertly
* Knowledge of the Electricity Network or an electrical qualification would be advantageous to this role but not essential
