What we are offeringUp to £37,944.10, depending on experiencePermanent and full-time position40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Site-based role at HMP/YOI Peterborough.Please see attached benefits guide for everything we have to offerYour Role as the Creative and Induction Hub ManagerAs the Creative and Induction Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic range of educational and creative programs at HMP Peterborough. Your role will focus on managing the induction process for new prisoners and leading creative subjects such as Art, Radio Media, ICT, and Personal and Social Development (PSD).You will manage and support a team of tutors and support staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning through quality assurance, performance evaluations, and curriculum development. Your role will also involve monitoring educational progress, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with national and local policies.In addition to your management duties, you will play a key role in rehabilitation efforts by forming relationships with external partners, including businesses, educational institutions, and community organisations.
