They're looking for someone to take the reins of their established sales team, leading from the front with energy, enthusiasm, and a laser focus on outbound business development. This is a fast-moving, high-reward role where performance is everything. Your success is recognised with fantastic incentives, bonuses, and career progression opportunities!\n\nThe Role in a nutshell\n\n * Lead and inspire: You'll directly manage two experienced team leaders and have indirect responsibility for approx.
20 outbound sales professionals, driving performance and exceeding targets.\n\n * Supercharge business development: Helping the team generate new leads, convert prospects, and win new customers.\n\n * Create a winning culture: Keeping energy levels high through coaching, competitions, and daily sales incentives.\n\n * Drive outbound activity: Ensuring the team is consistently engaging new customers and closing deals.\n\n * Maximise sales opportunities: Encouraging upselling and cross-selling for increased revenue growth.\n\n * Lead from the front: Setting the tone with your own passion, motivation, and commitment to success.\n\n * Track performance: Analysing data, setting KPIs, and implementing strategies to push the team to new heights.\n\n * Collaborate with marketing & training teams: Optimising lead generation, onboarding, and retention.\n\n * Recognise and reward: Celebrate wins, incentivise success, and create an environment where people want to perform.\n\nThe ideal Sales Manager will have:\n\n * Proven experience leading an outbound sales team in a business development-focused environment.\n\n * A high-energy, motivational leadership style – you know how to get the best out of people!\n\n * A track record of driving performance, exceeding targets, and growing revenue.\n\n * Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and lead conversion.\n\n * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and push your team to success.\n\n * A passion for sales incentives, competitions, and creating a winning culture.\n\n * Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.\n\nWhat’s In It for You?\n\nCompetitive Market Salary: up to £45k basic DOE with and uncapped bonus structure.
